Simulating a section of the Camosun College campus using Unreal Engine

This project involved creating a highly detailed simulation of a section of the Camosun College campus using Unreal Engine. The image showcased here is a representation of a tranquil pathway within the campus, surrounded by lush greenery and carefully crafted architectural details. My goal was to replicate the serene atmosphere of the location, emphasizing both natural elements and man-made structures to create a harmonious and realistic environment.

The pathway is lined with vegetation that has been meticulously placed and rendered to reflect the natural growth patterns found in the actual campus setting. The structures, including the greenhouse and other small buildings, were designed to match the architectural style of the college, adding authenticity to the simulation. The lighting was carefully adjusted to simulate a soft, natural light, enhancing the realism and providing a sense of immersion for anyone navigating this virtual space.

This project highlights my ability to combine 3D modeling, texturing, and environmental design in Unreal Engine to create realistic and engaging simulations. It also demonstrates my attention to detail and commitment to capturing the essence of real-world locations in a virtual format.
